Customers with Special Needs | Rush UK

We are delighted to welcome customers of all ages and abilities to Rush trampoline parks, please take a moment to read our Special Needs Policy:

For safety reasons we strongly advise customer with special needs should avoid our peak busy times (weekends, bank holidays and school holidays) but encourage you to visit us during our off peak times for your own enjoyment and safety.

We offer discounted rates for those with Special Needs, please note, however that these sessions are not exclusively for special needs customers only. You may be bouncing with other customers during these times and loud music will be playing, so do keep this in mind.

We also run regular Autism and Special Needs Friendly Sessions which are designed for customers who would benefit from a quieter atmosphere with no music or flashing lights.

Autism and SEN Sessions:

Join us every Tuesday from 5.30pm – 6.30pm for our week day Autism and SEN Session during term-time and school holidays.

Join us at Rush Birmingham from 9am - 10am on the first Saturday of the month for our monthly Autism Session.

Join us from 6.30pm – 7.30pm on the first Sunday of the month at Rush High Wycombe for our monthly autism session.

You must be age 4+ to bounce at the park at any time, customers under the age of 4 must use our flat dodgeball court area with parental supervision from the sidelines during this session.
