Our adult fitness classes in Birmingham and High Wycombe are suitable for all ages and abilities. Our aim is to get you off the sofa and enjoying a feel-good session with your friends, family or local community.

Rebound fitness is what we specialise in. Core exercise, strength and conditioning, high intensity interval training is all built on a base of trampolining.

Our timetable is designed to be flexible so that you can build an exercise regime that helps you reach your goals – whether that’s losing weight, toning up, or simply moving your body a little bit more.

Rush Bootcamp (available at both parks)

A high intensity all over body workout, you’ll work up a real sweat and increase your fitness levels week after week! Using the trampolines, we mix basic trampolining with bootcamp techniques, bodyweight exercises and weights.

Rush Circuits (available at both parks)

A cardio workout with a difference! You’ll complete a series of circuits on the trampolines that keep your body moving and face smiling.

Spinning (High Wycombe)

This addictive class takes places on stationery bikes off the trampolines in our studio. Join our instructor Jo as we turn up the tunes and workout on the bikes.

Discocise (High Wycombe)

One of our most popular classes – Rush Discocise takes places on the trampolines as we turn the lights down low, switch on our UV lights and workout to music. Includes aerobic-style exercises and basic trampolining designed to get your body moving and your face smiling.
