We want to make sure our customers know what to expect before, during and after their session. Please take a moment to read through our handy list of commonly asked questions about Rush Birmingham and Rush High Wycombe trampoline parks.

After being welcomed by your dedicated Party Hosts and watching our short but very important Safety video it’s time to PARTY! Your Party Hosts will gather and direct your group to your very own V.I.P private Party Area where homemade food and drinks will be served. We’ll take care of it all. From set up to clean there’s nothing for you to do but have fun.
Walk-ins are always welcome and typically we are able to accommodate you. However, on Friday, Saturday, and holidays we can sell out. You can pre-purchase your Rush time and secure your time spot by purchasing tickets online. Follow the “Book Now” button to purchase tickets online.
Party guests under the age of 4 are not allowed on the trampolines outside of Toddler Open Jump Hours.
All customers wishing to jump must complete a waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for their children attending a party at Rush; once a waiver has been signed it will last for 12 months. You can fill in the waiver form when you come to Rush but to save time when you get here we highly recommend that you sign the waiver online on our website.
Please bring your Rush socks with you if you have a pair, if not they can be purchased for £2.25 per pair at the park or when booking. We are unable to accept socks from another facility.
All party food orders must go through Rush UK. With the exception of a birthday cake/cakes, no other food or drink will be allowed to be brought into Rush UK. Only food purchased through Rush UK will be allowed. Should any member of the group or party have any dietary requirements, we will try our best to cater to these needs, please advise us of such requests no later than 7 days prior to the party or group booking. Should a group or party choose to make amendments to their catering option, a minimum of 7 clear days notice must be provided. Birthday cake and candles will not be supplied as part of the package unless they have been purchased in advance at the time of booking as a Party Extras. We will supply sufficient cutlery to cut and eat the cake. Any decorations you require must be supplied by yourself and must be checked with the manager on duty at the time. We will not allow decorations to be stuck to the walls. No decorations are allowed unless previously arranged with the manager.
Customers can add or take off number of jumpers (still keeping a minimum of 10 jumpers) up to 14 days before the booking date. Customers can add jumpers 7-13 days before the booking, however only 50% of the price paid per jumper will be refunded if jumpers are removed. The latest that customers can add jumpers to the party/group booking is the Monday before the weekend of the party. If customers take away jumpers fewer than 7 days before the party no refund or credit note will be offered. If customers bring additional party guests/jumpers on the day without prior notice we reserve the right to charge normal open jump price per person plus a £5 surcharge. If customers do not bring the full number of jumpers as expected on the day no credit note or refund will be given. Parties cancelled up to 14 days before the booking date will be given a full refund. Parties cancelled between 7-13 days will receive a 50% refund. Parties cancelled fewer than 7 days before the booking date will not receive a refund or credit note. Where possible, we will endeavour to move your party time - subject to availability.
Rush UK will refund any group bookings, individual party spaces and entire parties cancelled 14 days before, any group bookings, individual spaces and parties cancelled with less than 14 days notice before the event will not receive a deposit refund. An option to move the booking or credit note will be offered.
A group or party is required to arrive at the venue at least 25 -30 minutes prior to the confirmed jump time. Upon arrival the group of party must present themselves to a member of Rush UK staff who will find the group or party host to explain the process of the checking in. Should you arrive late, you are not automatically granted the full hour on the trampolines. We will endeavour to make sure you can bounce for a full hour, but this decision will be made at the manager on duty’s discretion. Rights of admission can be refused at any time if in the case of excessive lateness. A private party room/area is booked for a 30 minute slot. The room/area must be vacated promptly after this time to set up for the next party. Please note Indoor Fireworks are not allowed.
We ask the parent/guardian of the party child stay on site at all times and are responsible for the behaviour of their children. Any behaviour we deem to be unacceptable will be explained to the parent/guardian and your party may come to an end prematurely.
No, the birthday child should be counted in your guest total. As a birthday gift from us, we give every birthday child a Free Jump Pass which they can use on their next visit to the park. Please note this cannot be swapped or redeemed at the time of booking.
The moving of a group or party booking can only be done up to 7 days before the booked date of the group event or party. If attempted after this date it will be rejected.
Group and party bookings are to be secured by paying the full amount upon booking.
We have a designated parking area behind to the left of Rush High Wycombe that provides free parking for our guests. Rush bays are marked in yellow. Customers should only park in the bays marked in yellow as the other bays belong to the neighbouring businesses. During busy times, parking may be difficult due to the high demand on our parking spaces and we have a parking attendant who will direct you to an available space should you feel unsure about where our spaces are. Children must be supervised at all times in our car park. Rush is situated within a working industrial estate with lorries and delivery vehicles delivering to neighbouring businesses.
There is wheelchair access to the building and a ramp to the trampolines. Rush High Wycombe also has disabled toilet facilities, a vending machine, water fountain and party rooms on the ground floor. Unfortunately there is currently no lift access to our cafe on the mezzanine level. A member of staff will be more than happy to assist you with food and drink queries.
Getting to Rush High Wycombe by car or public transport is simple and convenient. By Train High Wycombe railway station is located approximately 3.2 kilometres north of Rush High Wycombe. The current off-peak services from the station are: 5 trains per hour from London Marylebone 1 train per hour from Princes Risborough 1 train per hour from Bicester North 1 train per hour from Banbury By Bus There are a number of bus services that operate in the vicinity, as detailed earlier in this Travel Policy. General information on public transport services and taxi services will be available, located on noticeboards inside the facility. Rush High Wycombe offers free parking for the duration of your visit. Pay and display parking is also available within walking distance. During busy times, parking may be difficult due to the high demand on our parking spaces. Customers should only park in the bays marked in yellow as the other bays belong to the neighbouring businesses. Cycling/Walking Although Cressex Business Park is located outside of High Wycombe’s town centre, Rush’s location is within a reasonable walking and cycling distance. It should take you around a 15 to 20 minute walk or a 10 minute cycle to get to us. Getting to Rush Birmingham trampoline park is convenient and easy. We're just four miles south of Birmingham city centre and easily accessible by car and public transport. By Bus Take the 45 or 47 bus from the station to Fordhouse Lane, Lifford (approximately 19 stops, 24 minutes). Walk 5 minutes to Lifford Lane, turning left and following signs for Rush Trampoline Park along the canal. By Train Take the London Midland – Redditch train from Birmingham New Street to Kings Norton, exit at Pershore Road Station and walk 16 minutes to Rush Birmingham. Follow signs for Rush Trampoline Park along the canal. From Birmingham University Station Take the London Midland – Bromsgrove train to Kings Norton, exit at Pershore Road Station and walk 16 minutes to Rush Birmingham. Follow signs for Rush Trampoline Park along the canal. By Car Rush Birmingham is just 4 miles south of Birmingham city centre and well connected to the M5, M6, M48 and M35 local motorways. Follow signs for Kings Norton and Cotteridge, we're just off the A441. We offer free parking on-site for the duration of your visit. We have a coffee shop and mezzanine viewing area with free Wifi for non-jumping customers. Non-jumping customers will not be charged an entry fee and should not be included in the booking total.
Yes, Rush Birmingham has a lift to our mezzanine level and café area which overlooks the park, as well as a disabled toilet and ramp to the trampolines. All party rooms are based on the ground floor. Rush Birmingham also benefits from vending machines and water fountains on the ground floor.
The last jumping session will begin the hour before our listed closing time. Please visit our Opening Times page (under "Need to Know" on the main menu) as opening times vary seasonally.

Rush Birmingham has 75 free parking spaces for customer use. Due to high demand for parking during peak times (weekends and school holidays) we strongly recommend that you either seek alternative forms of public transport, car share with friends or find alternative parking outside of the Avery Dell Industrial Estate. Children must be supervised at all times in our car park. Rush is situated within a working industrial estate with lorries and delivery vehicles delivering to neighbouring businesses. Please do not park outside any other building on the industrial estate apart from Rush or along the canal road as this blocks access to/from the park, affecting neighbouring businesses.

Anyone 12 or over can bounce without a parent or guardian present. However, all customers under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
No. Once a waiver has been completed, it lasts for 12 months.
Yes. Wifi is free for all at Rush trampoline parks. Be sure to check-in and share your photos and videos using #RushUK. Download the GoFilm app free on the app store and enjoy exclusive Rush templates.
Peak times are between 4pm on Fridays to 8pm on Sundays and School and Public Holidays. Please note during these times arriving/leaving the park can cause delays due to a large number of customers attending at once. We are continuously trying to ensure our check-in policies are as efficient as possible, but we ask all customers to be aware there may be a short delay when checking in during peak times.
Yes. Everyone who jumps is required to sign a waiver. Those under 18 should have their parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient. Where you are not the legal parent or guardian of a child, you must have been granted permission by their parent/guardian to assume responsibility for their child and release of liability agreement on their behalf.
Rush has a number of lockers available for valuables. These are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.
We regularly review our equipment, rules, and safety procedures to make our parks as safe as possible. Our highly trained staff monitor our park and its elements at all times to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Our equipment is custom made and of the highest standard giving you the ‘best bounce’ in the industry, helping reduce the risk of injury. All Rush staff have regular First Aid and Emergency First Aid training, senior park management hold NEBOSH (National Exam Board For Occupational Safety & Health) certificates. Rush are proud members of the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP). In order to receive the highly regarded IATP stamp, our parks are regularly been inspected and graded by an independent adjudicator who measures our equipment and safety standards. After our inspection in June 2018, we were only one of two parks out of two who passed their rigorous tests first time. We acknowledge that accidents can and still do happen to both professionals and amateurs. prepared, accidents nevertheless still do happen. When participating in new sporting activities, you should set yourself incremental goals. We would only ever encourage trained professionals to attempt complex moves. Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are even less.

If you've lost your socks you can buy extra socks for £2.25.
Rush non-slip socks must be worn by all jumpers for both safety and hygiene reasons. Once purchased, they are yours to keep and use again on repeat visits.

Unfortunately not. The purchase of Rush Non-Slip Socks is compulsory, even if you have socks from another trampoline park. They are specifically made for our trampolines and we have control over the quality and fit to provide customers with a better bounce experience. We request Rush branded socks because the colours on the grip are made to match our equipment. Allowing socks from other parks with different coloured grips stains our equipment over time. By requesting only Rush-branded socks we are able to preserve the high standard of our park and its equipment over time. Rush socks cost £2.25 a pair, but you can use them each time you come. They can be purchased online with each jump ticket, or they can be purchased at the park. They look pretty cool too!
You can pre-book open jump sessions, parties and group bookings via the phone. However please note we are unable to accept reservations for customers to pay on arrival. Payment for open jump sessions must be made at the time of booking.
We ask that you don’t bring in any outside food or drinks, with the exception of baby food and birthday cake for booked parties. We have a coffee shop and a vending machine to keep your hunger at bay.
We have birthday parties, private parties, teenage disco nights, corporate events, themed events (like Halloween Parties, Easter Egg hunts, Christmas events) as well as meet and greets with bloggers, YouTubers, footballers and product launch events. The best way to stay up to date about events at Rush is to follow us on social media (search: Rush UK) or sign up to our mailing list.
Gift vouchers can be purchased online, via the phone or at reception. You can purchase e-vouchers or plastic credit card style vouchers. To buy gift vouchers for Rush trampoline park please click the "Gift Vouchers" button on our main menu.
We have our main trampoline courts, high performance trampolines, tumble lanes, dodgeball court, extreme dodgeball court, foam pits, slam dunk courts, climbing elements and more! Customers can also take part in adult fitness classes, book kids parties, student socials, team building events or hire Rush as a venue. Click the "facilities" button on our main menu to view a short summary of all our activities.
We will try to ensure that your participation commences at the time booked. However, it is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. If we are at full capacity, then you will only be able join what remains of your allocated time. During quieter periods we will try to slot you in as close to your preferred time as possible. Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. Please note during peak times (weekends and school holidays) demand on our car park is high which can cause delays. We recommend using public transport or car sharing where possible.
You must attend a Toddler Open Jump session if you have children under the age of 4 and wish to bounce together as a family. Toddler Open Jump sessions vary across the week, please visit our “Toddlers” page on the main menu to find out what’s on during the week, weekends and school holidays. We have a Toddler Court available throughout the week for customers under 4 to use (with parental supervision).
No refunds or compensation will be payable by Rush UK in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to, undertake or complete the activities. Up to 2 days before: Customers can add or take off number of jumpers (if there is availability), change date and time or cancel and get a full refund up to two days prior to their booking Less than 2 days but up to 2hrs before: Customers can only add number of jumpers (if there is availability) less than 2 days and up to 2 hours before their booking. Customers cannot change the date, but can change the time (if there is availability). Customers wishing to cancel less than 2 days and up to 2 hours before their booking will not receive a refund or credit note. No refunds, credit notes or changes to bookings are possible with less than 2 hours notice.
Please ensure you turn up 20-30 minutes ahead of your pre-booked time slot to allow time for checking in, signing waivers (you can do this on our website in advance to save time) and watch our safety video. For example: if your session is booked for 2pm, please arrive no later than 1.40pm. During peak periods such as weekends, school holidays or in bad weather we recommend leaving up to 40 minutes before your session as there may be queues for our car park, till or disruption to local roads.
For Open Jump, wear comfortable clothes that you can easily bounce around in. For fitness classes, dodgeball sessions and the more energetic activities we advise you to wear sportswear. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are allowed on trampolines. All jumpers must wear Rush non-slip trampoline socks while jumping. No jewellery is permitted while jumping.
All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and are subject to the age and weight (250lbs) restrictions for each activity as stated at time of booking.

All online bookings must be paid in advance of arrival and we take all major debit and credit cards. If you are not able to do this online, you can pay over the counter upon arrival, however this means your slot isn’t secured and you run the risk of missing out on your preferred bounce time. Walk-ins can pay on arrival via debit/credit cards and cash, subject to availability.
Parents/guardians must accompany children under the age of 4 at all times during Toddler Open Jump and from the sidelines on our Toddler Court. Parents/guardians must attend the park with all children under 12. You don’t have to bounce, you can sit back and relax in the cafe, which has full view of the park.
The older sibling must be over 18 to accompany a child under 12.
Open Jump is available to anyone aged 4 and over. We have dedicated toddler time for under 4s. Please visit our "Sessions" page on the main menu to view our Toddlers at Rush policies. You must be 12 years or older to attend without an adult at any time.
Yes, backflips are allowed on our main courts, flat tumble lane and high performance area. For health and safety purposes, backflips are not permitted in the foam pit, battle beam, dodgeball courts, basketball hoop lanes, wavy tumble lane (at Rush Birmingham) or over pads. Gainers are not permitted at Rush at any time. As always, we would only encourage those who have been properly trained to attempt complex moves.

We are delighted to offer discounts to students in higher education, carers, customers with special needs, "NHS Blue Light" and military personnel alongside our regular discounts and special offers. For the latest offers please visit our "Offers" page under "Need to Know" on our main menu.
Sometimes we cannot physically open all of our park facilities due to operating a skeleton staff when the park is not yet busy. Should this be the case when you visit, we will open elements of the park for customers when required so staff can supervise. Customers simply just need to ask the members of staff which element of the park they would like to go on a member of our team will open the element. If customers do not ask us we assume that customers don’t wish to use that element. We’ll always open an element for customers when they ask us unless that particular element is broken/awaiting replacement parts or if we are not yet open for jumping.
We are delighted to offer Special Needs customers discount. Customers with special needs can bounce at a discounted rate of £6ph (registered carers bounce for free, proof of ID required) all day Monday to Friday during term time, from 3pm – 6pm on Saturdays and 3pm – close on Sundays. During School Holidays our Special Needs policy is available on open jump sessions only, from 3pm – 6pm every day including Saturdays and from 3pm – close on Sundays. This discount also applies to Special Needs Schools and Community Groups. Valid ID for carers required to gain free carer access. Additional family members/friends full price.
Yes, Student Discount is available on Open Jump Tickets, Rush After Dark sessions and events. This discount is valid for Higher Education students only. Proof / ID will be required upon arrival – NUS card or a proof of entitlement dated for that academic year is accepted. Please be aware that customers who do not provide proof on arrival when checking in for their session will be charged full price.
Please let a member of staff know and we can make a note of your details to give you a call should we find it. Clothes are kept in our lost property until the end of the month + 1 calendar month. High value items (electronics, jewellery etc) are held for the rest of the month + 2 calendar months. Unfortunately due to lack of storage space, any items left outside of this time will be donated to local charities. Bank cards are cut in half after 24 hours and disposed of. Please note staff clean and empty the foam pit at Rush every six weeks, should you lose something during this time we are unable to empty the foam pit until our next scheduled clean.
Smart phone use, taking pictures and filming is prohibited whilst jumping on the trampolines as you may cause injury to yourself or others while your concentration is reduced. Please ask a friend or family member to film you from the sidelines.
