We want to make sure our customers know what to expect before, during and after their session. Please take a moment to read through our handy list of commonly asked questions about Rush Birmingham and Rush High Wycombe trampoline parks.

After arriving at the park you can collect your wristbands and socks from our team. We ask all parties including their guests to arrive on time in order to keep to the scheduled plan. Please read your booking confirmation thoroughly to find out your arrival time and remember to complete our self check-in procedure to avoid delaying your jump time. We ask the parent/guardian of the party child to stay on site at all times and are responsible for the behaviour of their children. Any behaviour we deem to be unacceptable will be explained to the parent/guardian and your party may come to an end prematurely. Once your jump time finishes, you will then get access to your room. Please gather your group and approach one of our team members so you can be shown to your room where food and drinks will be served. Any decorations you require must be supplied by yourself and must be checked with the manager on duty at the time. We will not allow decorations to be stuck to the walls. No decorations are allowed unless previously arranged with the manager. All party food orders must go through Rush UK. With the exception of a birthday cake/cakes, no other food or drink will be allowed to be brought into Rush UK. Only food purchased through Rush UK will be allowed. Unless you pre-ordered it - all party food is served to the party guests, not parents. Should any member of the party have any dietary requirements, we will try our best to cater to these needs, please advise us of such requests no later than 7 days prior to the party or group booking. Should a group or party choose to make amendments to their catering option, a minimum of 7 clear days notice must be provided. Birthday cake and candles will not be supplied as part of the package. We will supply sufficient cutlery to cut and eat the cake. A private party room/area is booked for a 30 minute slot following the completion of the jump time. The room/area MUST be vacated promptly after this time to set up for the next party.
It is advised that tickets for open jump sessions are booked in advance. The positive side of this is a cheaper rate if you book 24 hours in advance and a guaranteed booked session. Parties and group bookings need to be booked via the phone or online. Please note we are unable to accept reservations for customers to pay on arrival. Members must log in to their rushuk.com account to book their 60 minute open jump session. If there is capacity and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will, however pre-booking is strongly recommended to guarantee a slot.
60 minute jump tickets will cost £11.50 for those pre-booking 24 hours in advance or £13 if purchased on the day. 120 minute jump tickets will cost £17 for those pre-booking 24 hours in advance or £19 if purchased on the day. For other prices please check out "Need to know" for more info
Rush Birmingham is open Mondays-Fridays: 10am-8pm, Saturdays: 9am-9pm and Sundays: 9am-8pm. Rush High Wycombe is open Mondays-Friday: 10am-7pm, Saturday: 9am-8pm and Sundays 9am-7pm. Please check out opening times under 'Need to Know' to see what sessions we will be running during these times
We ask you to not visit Rush if you are feeling unwell, with any of the following symptoms of Covid-19. High temperature, meaning you feel hot to touch on your back/chest with a temperature of 38.0c. or more. A new continuous cough, meaning coughing a lot for more than an hour or 3 or more coughing occurrences within 24 hours. Loss of smell or taste, meaning you could have a sign of respiratory infections. You will be asked if you have any of these symptoms when you visit Rush however we will not be taking your temperature on arrival. All our staff will be temperature checked.
All first aid circumstances will be dealt with by a trained First Aider. At Rush, health and safety standards are our priority and all first aid kits will include extra clinical PPE and extra staff training will be given around how to administer this material.
We have a dedicated customer services team member who are contacting everyone who had made a booking affected by our closure from Monday 20th July 2020 to discuss their bookings individually. We anticipate this will be a very busy time so please bear with us.
1 registered carer can accompany the person they care for for free during our set autism and SEN sessions only. More information on our scheduled Autism and SEN sessions can be found online at: https://www.rushuk.com/sessions/autism-and-sen-sessions.
Members are entitled to one 60 minute open jump session per day. This includes Toddler Open Jump, Open Jump and SEN sessions. Membership entry is not valid on Ruby and Red's soft play, Rush After Dark, JukeBox Jump, 120 minute open jump sessions, fitness classes or premium events.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Rush UK will refund any group bookings cancelled 14 days before, any group bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice before the event will not receive a deposit refund. BIRTHDAY PARTIES: cancelled up to 14 days before the booking date will be given a full refund. Parties cancelled fewer than 14 days before the booking date will not receive a refund or credit note. Where possible, we will endeavour to move your party time, subject to availability. OPEN JUMPS: Customers wishing to cancel their open jump session should give us at least 48 hours notice for a full refund, however you can move a booking up to 2 hours’ before jump time. Customers can add or take off number of jumpers (if there is availability), change date and time or cancel and get a full refund up to two days prior to their booking. Customers wishing to cancel less than 2 days and up to 2 hours before their booking will not receive a refund or credit note. MEMBERS: We require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all bookings. You will be charged a full price ticket fee if you do not show up for your booking, with the exception of adverse weather conditions and/or other unforeseen park closures. We do not offer customers credit notes. No refunds, credit notes or changes to bookings are possible with less than 2 hours notice. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Rush UK in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to, undertake or complete the activities.
Party bookings can be made online or over the phone and will be secured by paying the full amount upon booking. The birthday child should be counted in your guest total. As a birthday gift from us, we give every birthday child One Free Jump Pass (per party of 10) which they can use on their next visit to the park. Please note this cannot be swapped or redeemed at the time of booking. Customers can add or take off number of jumpers (still keeping a minimum of 10 jumpers) up to 14 days before the booking date. The latest that customers can add jumpers to the party/group booking is the Monday before the weekend of the party. If customers bring additional party guests/jumpers on the day without prior notice we reserve the right to charge normal open jump price per person plus a £5 surcharge. Additional guests are subject to availability. If Rush UK does not have the space then the request will not be possible. If customers do not bring the full number of jumpers as expected on the day no credit note or refund will be given. Birthday before the booking date will not receive a refund or credit note. Where possible, we will endeavour to move your party time, subject to availability. If customers do not bring the full number of jumpers as expected on the day no credit note or refund will be given. Party guests under the age of 4 are not allowed on the trampolines outside of our Toddler sessions. For parties for children under the age of 4, you can book one of our Toddler parties. Customers visiting Ruby and Red's soft play in High Wycombe for a party are welcome from crawling babies in our Baby Zone right up to the age of 10.
Rush High Wycombe: Lexmark House, Coronation Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, HP12 3TA Getting to Rush High Wycombe by car or public transport is simple and convenient. By Train High Wycombe railway station is located approximately 3.2 kilometres north of Rush High Wycombe. The current off-peak services from the station are: 5 trains per hour from London Marylebone 1 train per hour from Princes Risborough 1 train per hour from Bicester North 1 train per hour from Banbury By Bus There are a number of bus services that operate in the vicinity, as detailed earlier in this Travel Policy. Rush High Wycombe offers free parking for the duration of your visit. Pay and display parking is also available within walking distance. During busy times, parking may be difficult due to the high demand on our parking spaces. Customers should only park in the bays marked in yellow as the other bays belong to the neighbouring businesses. We do have a parking attendant who will direct you to an available space should you feel unsure about where our spaces are. Cycling/Walking Although Cressex Business Park is located outside of High Wycombe’s town centre, Rush’s location is within a reasonable walking and cycling distance. It should take you around a 15 to 20 minute walk or a 10 minute cycle to get to us. Rush Birmingham: Avery Dell Industrial Estate, Lifford Lane, Birmingham, B30 3DZ Getting to Rush Birmingham trampoline park is convenient and easy. We're just four miles south of Birmingham city centre and easily accessible by car and public transport. By Bus Take the 45 or 47 bus from the station to Fordhouse Lane, Lifford (approximately 19 stops, 24 minutes). Walk 5 minutes to Lifford Lane, turning left and following signs for Rush Trampoline Park along the canal. By Train Take the London Midland – Redditch train from Birmingham New Street to Kings Norton, exit at Pershore Road Station and walk 16 minutes to Rush Birmingham. Follow signs for Rush Trampoline Park along the canal. From Birmingham University Station Take the London Midland – Bromsgrove train to Kings Norton, exit at Pershore Road Station and walk 16 minutes to Rush Birmingham. Follow signs for Rush Trampoline Park along the canal. By Car Rush Birmingham is just 4 miles south of Birmingham city centre and well connected to the M5, M6, M48 and M35 local motorways. Follow signs for Kings Norton and Cotteridge, we're just off the A441. We offer free parking on-site for the duration of your visit. We have a coffee shop and mezzanine viewing area with free WI-FI for non-jumping customers. Just to note that all children under 8 will need to have an adult supervising them on the trampolines at all times. If your child is 8 or over you can visit the cafe where we are serving a range of hot and cold drinks and grab-and-go snacks.
Yes, Rush Birmingham has a lift to our mezzanine level and café area which overlooks the park, as well as a disabled toilet and ramp to the trampolines. High Wycombe has wheelchair access to the building and a ramp to the trampolines. Rush High Wycombe also has disabled toilet facilities, a vending machine, water fountain and party rooms on the ground floor. Unfortunately there is currently no lift access to our High Wycombe cafe on the mezzanine level. A member of staff will be more than happy to assist you with food and drink queries. Customers can also use our ground-floor dessert parlour Crush to purchase hot drinks and sweet treats.
Rush Birmingham has 75 free parking spaces for customer use. Due to high demand for parking during peak times (weekends and school holidays) we strongly recommend that you either seek alternative forms of public transport, car share with friends or find alternative parking outside of the Avery Dell Industrial Estate. Children must be supervised at all times in our car park. Rush is situated within a working industrial estate with lorries and delivery vehicles delivering to neighbouring businesses. Please do not park outside any other building on the industrial estate apart from Rush or along the canal road as this blocks access to/from the park, affecting neighbouring businesses. Rush High Wycombe have a designated free parking area behind to the left the park. Rush bays are marked in yellow. Customers should only park in the bays marked in yellow as the other bays belong to the neighbouring businesses. Anyone 15 or over can bounce without a parent or guardian present. However, all customers under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
No. Once a waiver has been completed, it lasts for 12 months.
Yes. Wifi is free for all at Rush trampoline parks. Be sure to check-in and share your photos and videos using #RushUK.
Yes. All customers wishing to jump MUST complete a waiver. Those under 18 should have their parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient. Where you are not the legal parent or guardian of a child, you must have been granted permission by their parent/guardian to assume responsibility for their child and release of liability agreement on their behalf. Once a waiver has been signed it will last for 12 months or 24 hours. We highly recommend that you sign the waiver online on our website prior to your arrival to save time.
Rush has a number of lockers available for valuables. These are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.
We acknowledge that accidents can and still do happen to both professionals and amateurs. prepared, accidents nevertheless still do happen. We regularly review our equipment, rules, and safety procedures to make our parks as safe as possible. Our highly trained staff monitor our park and its elements at all times to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Our equipment is custom made and of the highest standard giving you the ‘best bounce’ in the industry, helping reduce the risk of injury. All Rush staff have regular First Aid and Emergency First Aid training, senior park management hold NEBOSH (National Exam Board For Occupational Safety & Health) certificates. Rush are proud members of the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP). In order to receive the highly regarded IATP stamp, our parks are regularly been inspected and graded by an independent adjudicator who measures our equipment and safety standards. After our inspection in June 2018, we were only one of two parks out of two who passed their rigorous tests first time. When participating in new sporting activities, you should set yourself incremental goals. We would only ever encourage trained professionals to attempt complex moves. We have created a remote safety briefing video which ALL CUSTOMERS must watch online before they visit the park. Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are even less.
Rush non-slip socks must be worn by all jumpers for both safety and hygiene reasons. Once purchased, they are yours to keep and use again on repeat visits. If you've lose your socks you can buy extra socks for £2.50
No. If you’re under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian is required to fill the waiver form out on your behalf. Once signed waivers last 12 months or 24 hours. For details on how we store your data please visit our "Small Print" section on our main menu to read our Privacy Policy.
Unfortunately not. The purchase of Rush Non-Slip Socks IS COMPULSORY, even if you have socks from another trampoline park. They are specifically made for our trampolines and we have control over the quality and fit to provide customers with a better bounce experience. We request Rush branded socks because the colours on the grip are made to match our equipment. Allowing socks from other parks with different coloured grips stains our equipment over time. By requesting only Rush-branded socks we are able to preserve the high standard of our park and its equipment over time. Rush socks cost £2.50 a pair, but you can use them each time you come. They can be purchased online with each jump ticket, or they can be purchased at the park. They look pretty cool too!
Due to our health and safety policy we ask that you don’t bring in any outside food or drinks, with the exception of baby food and birthday cake for booked parties. We have a Cafe that sells a range of food, vending machines and a grab and go counter.
We will try to ensure that your participation commences at the time booked. However, it is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. If we are at full capacity, then you will only be able join what remains of your allocated time. During quieter periods we will try to slot you in as close to your preferred time as possible. Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. Please note during peak times (weekends and school holidays) demand on our car park is high which can cause delays. We recommend using public transport or car sharing where possible.
You must attend a Toddler Open Jump session if you have children under the age of 4 and wish to bounce together as a family. Toddler Open Jump sessions vary across the week, please visit our “Toddlers” page on the main menu to find out what’s on during the week, weekends and school holidays.
Please ensure you turn up 20-30 minutes ahead of your pre-booked time slot to allow time for checking in, signing waivers and watching our safety briefing (you can do this on our website in advance to save time), but still advice to arrive early to collect your wristbands. For example: if your session is booked for 2pm, please arrive no later than 1.40pm. During peak periods such as weekends, school holidays or in bad weather we recommend leaving up to 40 minutes before your session as there may be queues for our car park, till or disruption to local roads.
All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and are subject to the age and weight (250lbs) restrictions for each activity as stated at time of booking.
All online bookings must be paid in advance of arrival and we take all major debit and credit cards. If you are not able to do this online, you can pay over the counter upon arrival, however this means your slot isn’t secured and you run the risk of missing out on your preferred bounce time. Walk-ins can pay on arrival via debit/credit cards and cash, subject to availability.
Open Jump is available to anyone aged 4 and over. We have dedicated toddler time for under 4s. You must be 15 years or older to attend without an adult at any time. Older siblings must be over 18 to accompany a child under 15.
Yes, backflips are allowed on our main courts, flat tumble lane and high performance area. For health and safety purposes, backflips are not permitted in the foam pit, battle beam, dodgeball courts, basketball hoop lanes, wavy tumble lane (at Rush Birmingham) or over pads. Gainers are not permitted at Rush at any time. Front and back flips are not permitted on wipeout and trapeze. As always, we would only encourage those who have been properly trained to attempt complex moves.

Sometimes we cannot physically open all of our park facilities due to operating a skeleton staff when the park is not yet busy.. Should this be the case when you visit, we will open elements of the park for customers when required so staff can supervise. Customers simply just need to ask the members of staff which element of the park they would like to go on a member of our team will open the element. If customers do not ask us we assume that customers don’t wish to use that element. We’ll always open an element for customers when they ask us unless that particular element is broken/awaiting replacement parts or if we are not yet open for jumping. Some elements are currently closed due to current government guidelines
Please let a member of staff know and we can make a note of your details to give you a call should we find it. Clothes are kept in our lost property until the end of the month + 1 calendar month. High value items (electronics, jewellery etc) are held for the rest of the month + 2 calendar months. Unfortunately due to lack of storage space, any items left outside of this time will be donated to local charities. Bank cards are cut in half after 24 hours and disposed of. Please note staff clean and empty the foam pit at Rush every six weeks, should you lose something during this time we are unable to empty the foam pit until our next scheduled clean.
