FOR ALL CUSTOMERS VISITING OUR BIRMINGHAM PARK FROM WEDNESDAY 14TH OCTOBER 2020. Birmingham's COVID alert level classification area is now HIGH. This will affect your trip to Rush. Customers are NOT able to book a visit to Rush or mix indoors at Rush with anyone who they do not live with (or have formed a support bubble with) unless exemptions apply.

Before you arrive we have some handy tips to make sure everything goes smoothly before, during and after check in:

Booking in advance

  • You must pre-book your ticket to be able to visit Rush. You can book on our 'Book Now' page.
  • Only include the number of people jumping in your booking. Non-jumpers do not need to pay and can watch from the sidelines or our cafe. You will only be able to visit Rush High Wycombe in groups of 6 or less in-line with the new government legislation launched.
  • All children under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian from your household and children under the age of 8 must have an adult member of their family supervising them at all times. Children aged 4 and under can only jump during a dedicated toddler session on Sundays at 10am. Please note there is one one spectator per jumper allowed in the park.
  • Don't forget to bring your Rush non-slip socks with you, you'll need these to jump. Socks can be ordered at the time of booking, or on the day when you arrive.
  • Pre-booking online must be done at least a day before you wish to jump to get our "pre-book" online price. For example: if you book a session at 8am for later that day, you'll be charged our "same day price". If you know you want to jump on Saturday, be sure to pre-book your session the Friday before (or earlier) to get the "pre-book" online price.
  • To ensure all safety is monitored, please limit your booking to only members of your household or support bubbles, as required by government guidelines. We kindly ask that all customers do not arrange to meet multiple groups at our park.

Signing a waiver

  • You must complete and sign a waiver prior to jumping. Once a waiver has been signed it lasts for 12 months, so you'll only need to fill this in once a year.
  • If a jumper is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for them or where you are not the parent / guardian of that child you certify that the parent/s of that child have granted permission for you to assume responsibility for that child.
  • You can fill in waivers online before you arrive to save time at the till. Don't worry if you forget, we have iPads at our parks for you to sign your waiver.

Before you arrive

  • You must watch our safety video and sign our waiver BEFORE you come for your visit. The safety video is available to watch on our website and can be accessed from the home page.
  • We ask you to not visit Rush if you are feeling unwell, with any of the following symptoms of Covid-19.
    • High temperature, meaning you feel hot to touch on your back/chest with a temperature of 38.0c. or more.
    • A new continuous cough, meaning coughing a lot for more than an hour or 3 or more coughing occurrences within 24 hours.
    • Loss of smell or taste, meaning you could have a sign of respiratory infections.
You will be asked if you have any of these symptoms when you visit Rush however we will not be taking your temperature on arrival. All our staff will be temperature checked.
  • Rush Birmingham and Rush High Wycombe offer customers a limited number of free car parking spaces. These are on a first come, first serve basis.
  • You may be able to check-in and get your wrist bands and socks in the car park to help with a speedier check-in process. Please have your booking confirmation ready when you enter our car park.
  • During busy times, parking may be difficult due to the high demand on our parking spaces. Customers should only park in the bays marked in yellow as the other bays belong to the neighbouring businesses.
  • Please arrive up to 20 minutes before your session.

When you arrive

  • All customers over the age of 11 are required to wear a face covering at all times. Face coverings must be worn in Ruby & Red's soft-play also. You are not required to wear a mask when you are on the structure or eating and drinking in the cafe.
  • You'll be given a coloured wristband for your session and socks if you have bought these online.
  • All customers will be required to use the hand sanitiser as they enter the park. Please also use the other available hand sanitiser stations located around the park during your visit.
  • Please follow the new customer journey around the park. There are arrows on the floor and our staff can help you navigate our new one-way system.
  • We are also encouraging all customers to wash their hands with soap and water before and after each visit for at least 20 seconds.
  • If you are late then you will only be able join what remains of your allocated time.
  • Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
