Membership Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

  • Members jump is subject to availability.
  • Members must log in to their rushuk.com account to book their 60 minute open jump session. If there is capacity and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will, however pre-booking is strongly recommended to guarantee a slot.
  • Members can book one 60 minute booking per day per member.
  • Pre-booking required for weekend and school holiday sessions. Dates can be found on our Opening Times.
  • 15% off food and drink in our café may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer available on full priced items only.
  • During peak times we reserve the right to limit capacity for membership holders
  • We require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all bookings. You will be charged a full price ticket fee if you do not show up for your booking, with the exception of adverse weather conditions and/or other unforeseen park closures.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and only the named member can jump. You will be charged the full price ticket fee if found in breach of this.
  • You can terminate your membership at any time giving 90 days notice in writing to jump@rushuk.com or by calling our Customer Service Team.
  • This agreement begins once you have indicated your acceptance to become a Rush UK member during the online or in-house sign up. Your membership will become live once you have made the initial payment.
  • Minimum membership period is 90 days. You must write to us or contact our Customer Service team to cancel your membership.
  • Payments are taken as recurring payments from your card, not through your bank account. If your card is lost, stolen or you receive a new card you must write to us at jump@rushuk.com to update your payment details, or call us on 0871 964 2102 (calls to this number cost 13p per minute). We are unable to update card details via our website. Failure to do so will result in the freezing of your membership.
  • If you fail to make your membership payments, we reserve the right to pass on your outstanding balance to a third party debt collection service.
  • Membership is valid on any jump session up to 60 minutes Monday to Friday, weekends and school holidays. Excludes Rush After Dark, fitness classes, 90, 120 minute and premium event sessions.
  • Membership offer is not in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Members are not charged a joining or administration fee.
  • If we notify you that a payment has been missed but then remains unpaid then we reserve the right to, either suspend or terminate your membership, upon having given you written notice of our intention to do so.
  • We reserve the right to increase the price of your membership at any time. We will give you at least 90 days notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.
  • A waiver is required for each member (renewed annually and signed by a Parent/Guardian if the member is under 18) and the safety briefing video is to be watched before every visit.
  • Rush UK socks are to be worn at all times and are not included in membership offer.
  • Members are solely responsible for their own belongings and Rush UK accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
  • Members must inform Rush UK of any change of contact and email address or telephone numbers by emailing jump@rushuk.com.
  • Information on how we use and store your data can be found in our Privacy Policy. Members must agree to our terms and conditions prior to signing up.
  • Current members cannot cancel membership to take advantage of any new offers or incentives we may introduce at a later date. These offers apply to new customers only.
  • You may also terminate this agreement if:

    a. We permanently reduce the facilities or opening hours of the Park

    b. We change the location of the park; or

    c. We close the park for refurbishment for a period of more than 30 days at a time

    d. Medically you may terminate this agreement on 1 calendar month’s notice if you are unable to use the club through serious illness or injury likely to preclude you from using the Park for a period of least 6 calendar months. (We will request reasonable evidence of your illness or injury – e.g. doctor’s certificate). Without this it would be a 3 months notice.

    e. You may also cancel if you relocate more than 50 miles away from your current address or from the facility whichever falls into that category, where your would have to provide the facility with statements to the new address, before consideration of accepting the cancellation.

  • Rush Trampoline Parks Ltd will not accept liability for any loss, damage to or theft of money, valuables or other personal property of members and guests. Property stored in lockers provided by the Park is stored at the owner's risk and no liability for loss or damage thereto will be accepted by the Park.
  • Our liability to compensate you for any loss or damage (in the case of loss or damage other than death or personal injury) is limited to a reasonable amount having regard to such factors as whether the damage was due to a negligent act or omission by us.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the availability of certain facilities or close the club on a temporary basis for the general purpose of cleaning, decorating, essential repairs, maintenance of equipment, special functions and holidays.
  • We may amend the Park Rules from time to time in order to ensure the health and safety of patrons/members. temporary amendments will be displayed in the park.
  • As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your membership application form. However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your membership will commence immediately. If you subsequently cancel your membership within the 14-day period, you will be refunded any monies paid, less an amount for the membership you have already used (charged at the standard jump session rate).
  • All customers are entitled to a 14 day "cooling off" period, during this time you are able to cancel your membership. However, after the cooling off period has passed, you will be subject to the 90 day cancellation notice.
  • If you haven't used your membership for any bookings you will be fully refunded, however if you have used your membership, you will be charged for the full amount of the sessions you have used less the original £11.99 you have paid.

Existing member? £8.99pm members can enjoy 15% off in our cafe from 30/03/19, plus the same low price of £8.99pm locked in until 31st December 2019 as a reward for your loyalty.

Members are entitled to one 60 minute open jump session per day. This includes Toddler Open Jump, Open Jump and SEN sessions. Membership entry is not valid on Rush After Dark, DJ Disco Sessions, 30, 90 or 120 minute open jump sessions, fitness classes or premium events.
Registered carers can accompany the person they care for for free during our set autism and SEN sessions. Carers will need to pay full price to accompany the person they care for during peak hours, or can purchase their own membership. More information on our scheduled Autism and SEN sessions can be found online at: https://www.rushuk.com/sessions/autism-and-sen-sessions.
Let your server know at our café that you are a paying member (whether the membership is for yourself, or you are the paying adult for a child). Staff will search for your name and details in our membership database to confirm your 15% discount eligibility.
Please bring your Rush socks with you if you have a pair, if not they can be purchased for £2.25 per pair at the park or when booking. Please note we do not accept socks from another facility.
A group or party is required to arrive at the venue at least 25 -30 minutes prior to the confirmed jump time. Upon arrival the group of party must present themselves to a member of Rush UK staff who will find the group or party host to explain the process of the checking in. Members must log in to their rushuk.com account to book their 60 minute open jump session. If there is capacity and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will, however pre-booking is strongly recommended to guarantee a slot. Should you arrive late, you are not automatically granted the full hour on the trampolines. We will endeavour to make sure you can bounce for a full hour, but this decision will be made at the manager on duty’s discretion. Rights of admission can be refused at any time if in the case of excessive lateness. A private party room/area is booked for a 30 minute slot. The room/area must be vacated promptly after this time to set up for the next party.
We ask the parent/guardian of the party child stay on site at all times and are responsible for the behaviour of their children. Any behaviour we deem to be unacceptable will be explained to the parent/guardian and your party may come to an end prematurely.
The moving of a group or party booking can only be done up to 7 days before the booked date of the group event or party. If attempted after this date it will be rejected. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all membership bookings. Members will be charged a full price ticket fee if you do not show up for your booking, with the exception of adverse weather conditions and/or other unforeseen park closures.
No. Once a waiver has been completed, it lasts for 12 months.
We regularly review our equipment, rules, and safety procedures to make our parks as safe as possible. Our highly trained staff monitor our park and its elements at all times to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Our equipment is custom made and of the highest standard giving you the ‘best bounce’ in the industry, helping reduce the risk of injury. All Rush staff have regular First Aid and Emergency First Aid training, senior park management hold NEBOSH (National Exam Board For Occupational Safety & Health) certificates. Rush are proud members of the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP). In order to receive the highly regarded IATP stamp, our parks are regularly been inspected and graded by an independent adjudicator who measures our equipment and safety standards. After our inspection in June 2018, we were only one of two parks out of two who passed their rigorous tests first time. We acknowledge that accidents can and still do happen to both professionals and amateurs. prepared, accidents nevertheless still do happen. When participating in new sporting activities, you should set yourself incremental goals. We would only ever encourage trained professionals to attempt complex moves. Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are even less.
Rush has a number of lockers available for valuables. These are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.
If you've lost your socks you can buy extra socks for £2.25.
You can pre-book open jump sessions, parties and group bookings via the phone. However please note we are unable to accept reservations for customers to pay on arrival. We will try to ensure that your participation commences at the time booked. However, it is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. If we are at full capacity, then you will only be able join what remains of your allocated time. During quieter periods we will try to slot you in as close to your preferred time as possible. Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. Please note during peak times (weekends and school holidays) demand on our car park is high which can cause delays. We recommend using public transport or car sharing where possible.
No refunds, credit notes or changes to bookings are possible with less than 2 hours notice. Members: We require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all bookings. You will be charged a full price ticket fee if you do not show up for your booking, with the exception of adverse weather conditions and/or other unforeseen park closures. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Rush UK in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to, undertake or complete the activities. Customers can add or take off number of jumpers (if there is availability), change date and time or cancel and get a full refund up to two days prior to their booking Customers can only add number of jumpers (if there is availability) less than 2 days and up to 2 hours before their booking. Customers cannot change the date, but can change the time (if there is availability). Customers wishing to cancel less than 2 days and up to 2 hours before their booking will not receive a refund or credit note.
