Here at Rush High Wycombe we offer an exciting array of fitness classes for adults, including studio-based fitness and rebound trampoline-based fitness, the latest big craze in exercise.
Rebound fitness is made of core exercise, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training – all built on a base of trampolining. It’s low impact, it’s easy to pick up, and above all it’s FUN – what more could you ask for?
Our exciting timetable is designed to be flexible so that you can build an exercise regime that helps you reach your goals – whether that’s losing weight, toning up, or simply moving your body a little bit more.Rush’s circuit-based workout classes run every morning and most evenings, and are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
And for busy parents struggling to find time for fitness, we have something to solve all your problems. Here at Rush we offer supervised Toddler Creche sessions on Thursday mornings (£5 per child), so that you can work out without worrying about childcare.

A high intensity all over body workout, you’ll work up a real sweat and increase your fitness levels week after week! Using the trampolines, we mix basic trampolining with bootcamp techniques, bodyweight exercises and weights.
A cardio workout with a difference! You’ll complete a series of circuits on the trampolines that keep your body moving and face smiling.
This addictive class takes places on stationery bikes off the trampolines in our studio. Join our instructor Jo as we turn up the tunes and workout on the bikes.
Tone every part of your body as we work through various yoga poses in our studio (off the trampolines) and enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
This is a high intensity class both on and off the trampolines, alternating periods of short anaerobic exercise with less intense aerobic to recover, also includes core strengthening exercises.
One of our most popular classes – Rush Discocise takes places on the trampolines as we turn the lights down low, switch on our UV lights and workout to music. Includes aerobic-style exercises and basic trampolining designed to get your body moving and your face smiling.
Streetdance for Kids
Led by our awesome female instructor Harlie, Streetdance is an 8 week course held in our studio at the park that focuses on popping, locking, jamming, hip hop and more! Perfect for ages 7 – 12 years old, the 8 week course is £64 (£8 per class). Class dates will be 11th, 18th and 25th May, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th June and finally 6th July 2017.

Please note that we have limited places in all of our fitness classes, so you must book a spot in advance. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your class. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded. We ask that all guests arrive 15 minutes early. We do not have changing facilities at this time, so you will need to arrive ready to bounce.
