Changes to open jump and toddler sessions at Rush from April 2017

Hey Rush fans!

We wanted to let you know we will be updating our Open Jump and Toddler Open Jump policies at Rush.

We take the safety of our customers incredibly seriously and continue to do everything we can to ensure customers of all ages and abilities can enjoy our state-of-the-art facilities safely. As part of our new #NoMoreTears Campaign to raise awareness amongst parents and siblings about jumping safely during Toddler Open Jump.

During these special toddler times please be mindful of toddlers around you. It’s fine to watch and give others a hand but please stay on the blue surround while doing so. A happy bouncing toddler is a safe toddler. Please do not jump on the same trampoline as someone else, this is double bouncing and may result in injury to your child or others around you.

Led by responses from our customer survey launched earlier this year, we will be making Toddler Open Jump a dedicated toddler-only time at the park (with the exception of accompanying parents and siblings) running at the new time of 10.30am – 11.30am and from 9am – 10am on Saturdays and school holidays and 9am – 10.30am Sundays. These new times will come into effect from the 24th April.

Toddler Open Jump will be available to children age 6 and under (all children must be accompanied by an adult) at the new price of £5.50 per toddler and £5.50 per accompanying adult during weekdays (off peak times) and £7.50 per toddler and £7.50 per accompanying adult during these peak times from April 1st 2017. Toddlers will have access to the full park, with the exception of the Rush Wipeout, Walking Sticks, High Performance Area and Adrenaline Rush Assault Course due to height and age restrictions.

Siblings up to the age of 10 and additional guardians may join a Toddler Open Jump session at the new price of £11 per person and will have access to all areas of the park.
