It’s important for us to offer support for customers with extra needs and their families. Perfect for autism groups and for parents looking for activities to do with the whole family, this quieter, capped session has no music and reduced lighting to avoid glare.

These sessions are open to customers of all ages, however, customers under the age of 4 can use our on-site Ruby & Red’s softplay with parental supervision from the sidelines.

SEN Sessions are £10pp and carers are free of charge.

Carers must show valid ID’s at check-in to redeem the free ticket.
