What is the procedure if my children or I need first aid while being at Rush?

A

All first aid circumstances will be dealt with by a trained First Aider. At Rush, health and safety standards are our priority and all first aid kits will include extra clinical PPE and extra staff training will be given around how to administer this material.

Can a carer go free with a member?

A

1 registered carer can accompany the person they care for free. More information on our scheduled Autism and SEN sessions can be found under sessions

What is your policy on refunds?

A

GROUP BOOKINGS: Rush UK will refund any group bookings cancelled 3 days before, any group bookings cancelled with less than 3 days notice before the event will not receive a deposit refund.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES: cancelled up to 3 days before the booking date will be given a full refund. Parties cancelled fewer than 3 days before the booking date will not receive a refund or credit note. Where possible, we will endeavour to move your party time, subject to availability. Find out more about parties here 

OPEN JUMPS: Customers wishing to cancel their open jump session should give us at least 72 hours notice for a full refund, however you can move a booking up to 2 hours’ before jump time. Customers can add or take off number of jumpers (if there is availability), change date and time or cancel and get a full refund up to two days prior to their booking. Customers wishing to cancel less than 3 days and up to 2 hours before their booking will not receive a refund or credit note.

We do not offer customers credit notes. No refunds, credit notes or changes to bookings are possible with less than 2 hours notice. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Rush UK in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to, undertake or complete the activities.

How do I book a party at Rush?

A

Party bookings can be made online or over the phone and will be secured by paying the full amount upon booking. The birthday child should be counted in your guest total. Click here to view our party packages

I don’t want to jump is there somewhere I can wait?

A

We have a coffee shop and mezzanine viewing area with free WI-FI for non-jumping customers. Just to note that all children under 8 will need to have an adult supervising them on the trampolines at all times. If your child is 8 or over you can visit the café where we are serving a range of hot and cold drinks and grab-and-go snacks.

Do you have wheelchair access?

A

High Wycombe has wheelchair access to the building and a ramp to the trampolines. Rush High Wycombe also has disabled toilet facilities, a vending machine, water fountain and party rooms on the ground floor. Unfortunately there is currently no lift access to our High Wycombe cafe on the mezzanine level. A member of staff will be more than happy to assist you with food and drink queries. Customers can also use our ground-floor dessert parlour Crush to purchase hot drinks and sweet treats.

Do you have parking?

A

Rush High Wycombe have a designated free parking area behind to the left the park. Rush bays are marked in yellow. Customers should only park in the bays marked in yellow as the other bays belong to the neighbouring businesses. Due to high demand for parking during peak times (weekends and school holidays) we have a parking attendant who will direct you to an available space should you feel unsure about where our spaces are. Children must be supervised at all times in our car park. Rush is situated within a working industrial estate with lorries and delivery vehicles delivering to neighbouring businesses.

Can my children come and jump without a parent or guardian?

A

Anyone 12 or over can bounce without a parent or guardian present. However, all customers under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Do I have to complete a waiver every time I come to Rush?

A

No. Once a waiver has been completed, it lasts for 12 months.

Q

Must I sign a waiver?

A

Yes. All customers wishing to jump MUST complete a waiver. Those under 18 should have their parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient. Where you are not the legal parent or guardian of a child, you must have been granted permission by their parent/guardian to assume responsibility for their child and release of liability agreement on their behalf. Once a waiver has been signed it will last for 12 months or 24 hours. We highly recommend that you sign the waiver online on our website prior to your arrival to save time.

Do you have wifi?

A

Yes. Wifi is free for all at Rush trampoline parks. Be sure to check-in and share your photos and videos using #RushUK.

Do you have lockers?

A

Rush has a number of lockers available for valuables. These are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.

Is Rush safe?

A

We acknowledge that accidents can and still do happen to both professionals and amateurs. prepared, accidents nevertheless still do happen.

We regularly review our equipment, rules, and safety procedures to make our parks as safe as possible.

Our highly trained staff monitor our park and its elements at all times to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Our equipment is custom made and of the highest standard giving you the ‘best bounce’ in the industry, helping reduce the risk of injury.

All Rush staff have regular First Aid and Emergency First Aid training, senior park management hold NEBOSH (National Exam Board For Occupational Safety & Health) certificates. Rush are proud members of the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP). In order to receive the highly regarded IATP stamp, our parks are regularly been inspected and graded by an independent adjudicator who measures our equipment and safety standards. After our inspection in June 2018, we were only one of two parks out of two who passed their rigorous tests first time. When participating in new sporting activities, you should set yourself incremental goals. We would only ever encourage trained professionals to attempt complex moves. We have created a safety briefing video which ALL CUSTOMERS must watch before they jump/attend a jump session. Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are even less.

Why do I need rush socks?

A

Rush grip socks must be worn by all jumpers for both safety and hygiene reasons. Once purchased, they are yours to keep and use again on repeat visits. If you’ve lose your socks you can buy extra socks for £2.50. We do not accept other trampoline parks socks.

Can I bring food from outside?

A

Due to our health and safety policy we ask that you don’t bring in any outside food or drinks, with the exception of baby food and birthday cake for booked parties. We have a Cafe that sells a range of food, vending machines and a grab and go counter.

What happens if I’m late?

A

We will try to ensure that your participation commences at the time booked.

However, it is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. If we are at full capacity, then you will only be able join what remains of your allocated time. During quieter periods we will try to slot you in as close to your preferred time as possible. Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. Please note during peak times (weekends and school holidays) demand on our car park is high which can cause delays. We recommend using public transport or car sharing where possible.

Can families bounce together if they have a child under the age of 4?

A

Not during our Open Jump session which is from age 4+. We do offer dedicated  Toddler Takover session throughout the week and weekends for children up to four years old and their older siblings of up to ten years old. Please visit our “Toddler Trampolining” page on the main menu to find out what’s on during the week, weekends and school holidays.

When do I need to arrive?

A

Please ensure you turn up 20-30 minutes ahead of your pre-booked time slot to allow time for checking in to collect your wristbands, signing waivers and watching our safety briefing video.

For example: if your session is booked for 2pm, please arrive no later than 1.40pm. During peak periods such as weekends, school holidays or in bad weather we recommend leaving up to 40 minutes before your session as there may be queues for our car park, till or disruption to local roads.

Is there a weight limit?

A

All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and are subject to the age and weight (250lbs) restrictions for each activity as stated at time of booking.

I don’t have a credit or debit card, can I pay when I get there?

A

All online bookings must be paid in advance of arrival and we take all major debit and credit cards. If you are not able to do this online, you can pay over the counter upon arrival, however this means your slot isn’t secured and you run the risk of missing out on your preferred bounce time. Walk-ins can pay on arrival via debit/credit cards and cash, subject to availability.

Do you offer discounts?

A

We are delighted to offer discounts to students, carers, customers with special needs, “NHS Blue Light” and military personnel alongside our regular discounts and special offers. For the latest offers please visit our “Offers” page.

What happens if i lose something at rush?

A

Please let a member of staff know and we can make a note of your details to give you a call should we find it. Clothes are kept in our lost property until the end of the month + 1 calendar month. High value items (electronics, jewellery etc) are held for the rest of the month + 2 calendar months. Unfortunately due to lack of storage space, any items left outside of this time will be donated to local charities. Bank cards are cut in half after 24 hours and disposed of. Please note staff clean and empty the foam pit at Rush at regular intervals, should you lose something during this time we are unable to empty the foam pit until our next scheduled clean.
