Before your visit

Follow our handy tips to make your visit to our trampoline park in High Wycombe as smooth as possible...

Whether this is your first visit to one of our trampoline parks, or 50th, we’d like to say a huge thank you for choosing Rush. Your support at the moment is invaluable and we make every effort to ensure your visit is everything you expected and more!

Before you arrive we have some handy tips to make sure everything goes smoothly before, during and after check in.

Booking in advance

  • Prebooking is highly recommended on the weekends and School Holiday times as we sell out quickly. Click on ‘Book Now’ opposite to start your booking.

  • Only include the number of people jumping in your booking. Non-jumpers do not need to pay and can watch from the sidelines or our café.

  • All children under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian from your household and children under the age of 8 must have an adult member of their family supervising them at all times. Children aged 4 and under can only jump during a dedicated toddler session which runs from 9am-10am at the weekends and Holiday Times and from 10am weekdays Please check our timetable for specific sessions.

  • Don’t forget to bring your Rush grip socks with you, you’ll need these to jump. Socks can be ordered at the time of booking, or on the day when you arrive. You are unable to wear any other operators socks.

Signing a waiver

  • You must complete and sign a waiver prior to jumping. Once a waiver has been signed it lasts for 12 months, so you’ll only need to fill this in once a year.

  • If a jumper is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for them or where you are not the parent / guardian of that child you certify that the parent/s of that child have granted permission for you to assume responsibility for that child.

  • You can fill in waivers online before you arrive to save time at the till. Don’t worry if you forget, we have iPads at our parks for you to sign your waiver.

Before you arrive

  • We ask you to not visit Rush if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

    • High temperature, meaning you feel hot to touch on your back/chest with a temperature of 38.0c. or more.

    • A new continuous cough, meaning coughing a lot for more than an hour or 3 or more coughing occurrences within 24 hours.

    • Loss of smell or taste, meaning you could have a sign of respiratory infections.

  • We offer customers a limited number of free car parking spaces. These are on a first come, first serve basis.

  • During busy times, parking may be difficult due to the high demand on our parking spaces. Customers should only park in the bays marked in yellow as the other bays belong to the neighbouring businesses.

  • Please arrive up to 30 minutes before your session.

When you arrive
