Our Main Courts also host children's trampoline park parties, adult trampoline fitness classes, student socials, team building days and activities for SEN children.
All jumping customers are asked to wear Rush non-slip socks, sign a waiver and watch our short safety video before their open jump session at our trampoline park.

Rush non-slip socks are included as part of your Silver or Gold Kids Party package.
Please bring your Rush socks with you if you have a pair during a normal open jump session, if not they can be purchased for £2.25 per pair at the park or when booking. Please note we do not accept socks from another facility.
Please see our opening times (under "Need to Know") as this varies, depending on the day and time of year.
Open Jump is available to anyone aged 4 and over. We have dedicated toddler time for under 4s. Please visit our "Sessions" page on the main menu to view our Toddlers at Rush policies. You must be 16 years or older to attend without an adult at any time.
We have a coffee shop and mezzanine viewing area with free wifi for non-jumping customers. Just to note that all children under 8 will need to have an adult supervising them on the trampolines at all times. If your child is 8 or over you can visit the cafe where we are serving a range of hot and cold drinks and grab-and-go snacks. Please note there is only one spectator per jumper due to our new limited capacity policy.
Rush has a number of lockers available for valuables. These are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.
Anyone 16 or over can bounce without a parent or guardian present. However, all customers under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Smart phone use, taking pictures and filming is prohibited whilst jumping on the trampolines as you may cause injury to yourself or others while your concentration is reduced. Please ask a friend or family member to film you from the sidelines.
All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and are subject to the age and weight (250lbs) restrictions for each activity as stated at time of booking.
Yes, backflips are allowed on our main courts, flat tumble lane and high performance area.
For health and safety purposes, backflips are not permitted in the foam pit, battle beam, dodgeball courts, basketball hoop lanes, wavy tumble lane (at Rush Birmingham) or over pads. Gainers are not permitted at Rush at any time.
As always, we would only encourage those who have been properly trained to attempt complex moves.
You must attend a Toddler Open Jump session if you have children under the age of 4 and wish to bounce together as a family.
Toddler Open Jump sessions vary across the week, please visit our “Toddlers” page on the main menu to find out what’s on during the week, weekends and school holidays.
Please ensure you turn up 20-30 minutes ahead of your pre-booked time slot to allow time for checking in, signing waivers (you can do this on our website in advance to save time) and watch our safety video.
For example: if your session is booked for 2pm, please arrive no later than 1.40pm.
During peak periods such as weekends, school holidays or in bad weather we recommend leaving up to 40 minutes before your session as there may be queues for our car park, till or disruption to local roads.
You can pre-book open jump sessions, parties and group bookings via the phone. However please note we are unable to accept reservations for customers to pay on arrival.
Payment for open jump sessions must be made at the time of booking.
Members must log in to their rushuk.com account to book their 60 minute open jump session. If there is capacity and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will, however pre-booking is strongly recommended to guarantee a slot.
For Open Jump, wear comfortable clothes that you can easily bounce around in.
For fitness classes, dodgeball sessions and the more energetic activities we advise you to wear sportswear. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are allowed on trampolines. All jumpers must wear Rush non-slip trampoline socks while jumping. No jewellery is permitted while jumping.
We will try to ensure that your participation commences at the time booked. However, it is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time.
If we are at full capacity, then you will only be able join what remains of your allocated time. During quieter periods we will try to slot you in as close to your preferred time as possible. Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
Please note during peak times (weekends and school holidays) demand on our car park is high which can cause delays. We recommend using public transport or car sharing where possible.
