The dark nights are creeping ever closer but staying indoors is all fun and games at Rush...

As the darker nights draw in we've got plenty of inspiration to help you stay busy, active and entertained this Autumn!

Craving something sweet?

Is it just us or do the darker nights and cold weather make us crave something sweet? Open 7 days a week, our dessert parlour Crush at Rush High Wycombe has a range of mouthwatering crepes, waffles, milkshakes and sundaes to sort out those sweet cravings.

We create a different flavour of waffle, sundae and crepe each month to mix up our menu. Or, create your own flavour combination. Check out the Crush menu here.

Light up the night

Rush After Dark is our weekly DJ night featuring UV lighting to really light up the dark nights!

This isn’t your typical night on the town. Get ready to fly high and find the FUN as our resident DJ gets the party started. Explore our most exciting equipment, from Extreme Dodgeball and Rush Wipeout to Slam Dunk and our infamous Rush Challenge Course, or simply dance your way down our wall-to-wall, interconnected trampolines.
