We're a few weeks into our exciting new #JUMP2020 campaign and can't wait to see your photos and videos of how you're using the 20 jumps to take control of your health, fitness and wellbeing in 2020!
We've had upper body workouts with planks, high knee jogs, skipping, scissor kicks and lunges so far, led by our Fitness Director Jo.
Jo has been posting daily videos on her instagram channel (@joedwardsfitness), Facebook and YouTube to take you through everything step by step.
