Given the current situation in the UK with the Coronavirus, we are taking several important actions to keep our parks clean…
In light of the current situation regarding Coronavirus; we would like to reassure all customers with the proactive measures we are taking as a business to minimise any risk to our customers and staff here in High Wycombe and Birmingham.
Social Distancing
We are managing the capacity of our parks extremely carefully to ensure our customers are able to practice good social distancing. For this reason over the next few weeks we will be running our parks with a reduced capacity and our opening and closing times will change slightly.
To ensure you are able to come to Rush, we are encouraging all customers to pre-book online. This may also affect our fitness customers. Please check our website for our up-to-date opening and closing times or contact customer services on jump@rushuk.com.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
We have undertaken extensive staff training to ensure our staff are up to speed with the current Public Health England guidelines regarding the Conoravirus and minimising risk. We have replaced our cleaning products with Coronavirus approved products (Chlor Tabs and Safezone Plus).
Handsan alcohol Hand Rub stations have been setup around our parks and provided at hand wash sinks.
We have put up a number of good handwash practices posters within our washrooms and staff areas and staff will be monitoring hand washing as much as possible.
We have carried out additional staff training around good hygiene practices. We are continuing to monitor the situation extremely closely and will be providing advice to our customers both on our website and in the park where required.
We encourage customers visiting Rush to practice good hygiene, social distancing and to not visit our parks if you are experiencing any of the Coronavirus symptoms. We will be continuing to update our customers as the situation continues to change.
