Countdown to Christmas Workout

It's more important than ever to focus on our health and wellbeing at such a busy time of the year, we'd like to help by sharing a fun countdown to Christmas fitness routine from our in-house PT Jo

The festive season is well and truly upon us, most of us are running around like crazy buying presents, stocking the cupboards and finishing those all-important work deadlines before some much-needed rest and relaxation.

It's more important than ever to focus on our health and wellbeing at such a busy time of the year. It's incredibly easy for us to let the hustle and bustle of christmas take over our daily routines, leaving us feeling exhausted, sluggish and feeling low.

Here at Rush we will be running our fitness classes right up to and including 23rd December. We will also be running several Trampoline Fitness Classes between christmas and New Year to help keep you on track (and escape the chaos at home!). Classes will resume from 2nd January.

On the 18th Day of Xmas, Rush Fitness set for me… Pilates 0930 & Discocise 2000 @RUSH

On the 19th Day of Xmas, Rush Fitness set for me… Tramp. HIIT 0930 & Circuits 1900@RUSH

On the 20th Day of Xmas, Rush Fitness set for me… Xmas Indoor Cycling 0930 @ RUSH

On the 22nd Day of Xmas, Rush Fitness set for me … 22 X Tricep dips & 22 X Burpees

.. OK 24th, 25th and 26th you can have a break! Just try and factor in a few long After Dinner Walks! Also, start to think about your New Years Resolutions and how you are going to get to your health and fitness Goals in Jan 2020.
