Put a spring in your step this Valentines Day!
We guarantee a trip to Rush Trampoline Park in Birmingham or High Wycombe will leave you with a giant grin on your face! Take on your other half, in-laws or mutual friends on our Battle Beam, Assault Course, Wipeout and foam pit. All you need is a pair of Rush socks (£2 per pair if you don’t already have a pair) and decide whether you’d like to jump for 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Refuel with a soft drink, beer, glass of wine and food in our café after your session.

Rush is open to ages 4+ so you’re never too old to enjoy the benefits of trampolining and try something new. Pre-booking your session online is recommended.

Slow down and unwind…
After your high-energy session at Rush Trampoline Park, we recommend booking something chilled out and relaxing to wind down. Perfect for soothing those sore muscles after your trampoline work-out, enjoy a couples massage, afternoon in a hot tub or personalised treatment.

Indulge in your inner geek
Make the most of your mutual interest in TV shows and book yourselves onto a TV-themed tour. We highly recommend the Peaky Blinders walking tour in Birmingham, or, just 35 minutes outside of High Wycombe, the Harry Potter Studio tour.

Plan a full day’s experience
If you’re looking to continue the high-octane experience, why not dedicate this Valentines Day to trampolining, after a morning of kayaking around the city? Spend 3 hours kayaking around Birmingham enjoying unrivalled sights, or canoe along the River Thames near Marlow?
