The Studio at Rush Birmingham offers trampoline-based Rebound Fitness, alongside Discocise, Insanity, Yoga, Pilates and more.

Rebound Fitness is the latest health and fitness craze to sweep the nation. It involves low-impact healthy fun, combining core strengthening, strength and conditioning exercises and high-intensity interval training.

A 10 minute bounce burns more calories than a 30 minute jog (and is WAY more fun).

We want to put the fun back into fitness, no matter your current level. Each of our Rebound Fitness classes for adults costs £7.50, but we also offer great savings with our Workout Multi-pass.

Rush Bootcamp 
A high intensity all over body workout, you’ll work up a real sweat and increase your fitness levels week after week! Using the trampolines, we mix basic trampolining with bootcamp techniques, bodyweight exercises and weights.

Hatha Yoga
Tone every part of your body as we work through various yoga poses in our studio (off the trampolines) and enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Rush H.I.I.T
This is a high intensity class both on and off the trampolines, alternating periods of short anaerobic exercise with less intense aerobic to recover, also includes core strengthening exercises.

Legs Bums & Tums 
This class does exactly what it says on the tin! Target all the trouble spots in this fun, fab class and get the body you’ve always wanted (studio based class)

Pilates is a fusion of Eastern and Western philosophies and includes teachings on breathing, body mechanics, balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility.  This class focuses on core stability, a mat based class in the Studio.
