A high intensity all over body workout, you’ll work up a real sweat and increase your fitness levels week after week! Using the trampolines, we mix basic trampolining with bootcamp techniques, bodyweight exercises and weights.
This is a high intensity class both on and off the trampolines, alternating periods of short anaerobic exercise with less intense aerobic to recover, also includes core strengthening exercises.
