Changes to open jump and toddler sessions at Rush Birmingham from April 2017

Hey Rush fans!

We wanted to let you know we will be updating our Open Jump and Toddler Open Jump policies at Rush.

We take the safety of our customers incredibly seriously and continue to do everything we can to ensure customers of all ages and abilities can enjoy our state-of-the-art facilities safely. As part of our new #NoMoreTears Campaign to raise awareness amongst parents and siblings about jumping safely during Toddler Open Jump.

During these special toddler times please be mindful of toddlers around you. It’s fine to watch and give others a hand but please stay on the blue surround while doing so. A happy bouncing toddler is a safe toddler. Please do not jump on the same trampoline as someone else, this is double bouncing and may result in injury to your child or others around you.

Led by responses from our customer survey launched earlier this year, we will be making Toddler Open Jump a dedicated toddler-only time at the park (with the exception of accompanying siblings and guardians) running at the new time of 10.30am – 11.30am during term time. These new times will come into effect from the 24th April.

Toddler Open Jump will now be available to children age 6 and under (all children must be accompanied by an adult). Toddlers will have access to the full park, with the exception of the Rush Wipeout, High Performance Area and Adrenaline Rush Assault Course due to height and age restrictions. Siblings up to the age of 10 and additional guardians may join a Toddler Open Jump session at the new price of £11 per person and will have access to all areas of the park.

Children under the age of 4 (minimum open jump age) have their own Toddler Court open 7 days a week to use outside of Toddler Open Jump hours. With your little one’s safety at heart, we ask you to help them from the blue surround. This will give you peace of mind without being too far away while your children enjoy our Toddler Court (£4.50 per child for a 60 minute session.)
