At Rush we know that nothing beats the adrenaline rush from flying through the air and rebounding off trampolines! Jumping is so much fun, but it becomes even more interesting and exciting when you combine it with some of the most popular team sports. Once upon a time trampolining was only for gymnasts….now sports players and athletes are seeing how trampolines can actually improve their favourite games.
Take a look at our countdown of the top four sports and activities which are more ferocious, more fun and more competitive on a trampoline.
Aerial dodgeball takes the game to a whole new level – literally. At Rush we have a number of extreme dodgeball courts which feature horizontal and angled trampolines to utilise throughout the match. The bouncy floor allows you to leap out of the way of flying balls, and take aerial shots against your rivals. Large groups can book out the dodgeball courts for a serious game – we even provide a referee to avoid arguments!
Throwing some shapes to your favourite tunes is always a good idea, but it’s even more enjoyable when you get to use a trampoline within your dance moves! Every Saturday night at Rush we hold the best disco in town – on trampolines. Come along to Rush After Dark UV Disco where we turn down the lights, turn up the music and people of all ages can party hard (and high!)
If you like to play basketball, you’ll know how important it is to fine tune your slam dunk shot. How much easier would it be if you could fly towards the hoop?! With the aid of a trampoline, you can jump right up to the hoop and perfect your dunking! Rush’s Slam Dunk basketball hoop adds the adrenaline rush to basketball.
Our rebound tumble lanes are the perfect place to practice your somersaults and flips. Soar through the air and improve your gymnastic skills on these long bouncy lanes designed with tumbling in mind. Flips aren’t quite as scary on trampolines, so this is a great place to start.
Here at Rush we have so much more than rows of trampolines – get involved with games and skills on your next jump session.
