Welcome To Rush Birmingham
The best indoor trampoline park in the West Midlands (and beyond!)
With over 35,000 square feet of excitement and exhilaration, Rush is the perfect place for bouncers of all ages.
We like to think of ourselves as heaven for kids and a haven for parents. With toddler open jumping sessions, after dark disco nights we cater for all ages. We have a fabulous cafe, with park-wide views and pretty yummy hot drinks!
Rush is more than just a trampoline park for young children. We have facilities for thrill-seekers of all ages. With over 100 wall-to-wall interconnected trampolines, you’re welcome to jump solo or with friends. If you want to take it further and play an intense game of dodgeball, dive into a gigantic foam pit, or channel your inner Cirque du Soleil, we have something for you too.
Did you know that you can burn up to 1,000 calories an hour on a trampoline?
Rush Birmingham is the perfect place to get fit while still having fun. Whether you’re bouncing as a family, or taking part in one of our unique adult fitness classes, we will get your heart racing and your muscles working.
Fitness and fun rarely go hand in hand. Most people think “healthy” means endless hours at the gym followed by another boring salad. At Rush, we disagree. We want the people of Birmingham and the wider West Midlands to enjoy getting active. We want you to try something a little bit different, and move your body in new ways. Trampolining at Rush can help you raise your heart rate, strengthen your muscles and tone up all over – without feeling like you’ve done a marathon (and it doesn’t hurt that the homemade treats served at our cafe are healthy and delicious!).
Fitness is about feeling good, inside and out, and at Rush we want that for you and your family.
At Rush we pride ourselves on meeting your needs, whether that’s helping you host a killer kids party (without the stress) or providing a safe space for your teens to hang out.
Due to high demand for parking and limited spaces, during peak times (weekends and school holidays) we strongly recommend that you either seek alternative forms of public transport, car share with friends or find alternative parking in the neighbourhood and not at Avery Dell Industrial Estate.
