COVID-19 - CHANGES AT RUSH

Keeping us all COVID Safe

Update: 1st December 2021

We will continue to implement measures to help limit the spread of the virus to keep our customers and staff safe.

Please note that face coverings are mandatory for anyone aged 11+ throughout the park, except when bouncing, eating or drinking.

Therefore, the recommendations for our customers are:

  • Use our sanitising stations

  • Check into NHS Track and Trace

  • Where possible maintain social distancing and be aware of those around you.

We will continue to:

  • carry out our enhanced cleaning regimes

  • operate the park below full capacity

  • run sessions starting every 30 mins to prevent congestion in our reception areas

  • keep all Perspex protective screens in place

  • provide face masks free of charge

 

If you experience any Covid-19 symptoms and/or generally feel unwell, please DO NOT attend the Park. Contact us and we can rearrange your booking for a suitable date.

Book with confidence! Our Covid-Promise

If your booking is unable to go ahead due to changes in the Government restrictions in relation to Coronavirus or due to Covid, you will have the following options.

  1. Where possible, reduce the number of people in the booking so that it can go ahead within the restrictions.

  2. Reschedule the booking

  3. Receive a full refund for your booking

After any changes in restrictions, we will be in touch with you by email within 24 hours, simply reply to that email with your preference and we will make the necessary changes. You will also be able to request a call back if you have any other questions.
